Designer Spotlight: Sheila Bridges

So, you may have seen this chick around- she's now got some products at Anthropologie and has been featured everywhere from Elle Decor to Time Magazine- check here to read more about her-

Sheila has been working as a designer since the opening of her Harlem design firm in 1993. She has been named "Best Interior Designer" by CNN and Time. With a love for the historic architecture of the area, Sheila has a beautiful office and home in old Harlem,NY(photo 5). Her work is inspired by both her passion for historic American architecture and 19th century French design. Sheila studied at Brown and Parsons as well as Polimoda in Florence, Italy.

Sheila now offers wallpapers at several retailers
and is maker of one of my all-time favorites.

and this one featured in a DIY on Design Sponge yesterday

if you're interested, there's a little more info here, and here
